6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

What happens next

We aim to review complete notices within 5 business days and remove or disable access to material we agree is infringing. Repeat infringers are permanently blocked from submitting content or partnering with us.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).

Non-consensual depiction of a real person is against our own rules, not just the law.
